2. Web Hosting and Domain Hosting

2.1. We offer web hosting and domain hosting services. You are responsible for the content you host on our servers and ensuring it complies with applicable laws and regulations. 2.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your hosting services for violations of our acceptable use policy. 2.3. Domain registration and renewal fees are subject to change and are your responsibility.

3. Computer and Computer Accessories Sales

3.1. We sell computers and computer accessories. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. 3.2. Orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order. 3.3. Returns, warranties, and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Warranty Policy.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1. Payment terms are outlined in separate agreements for each service. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vokers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

8.1. Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in the specific agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on our website.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Harare, Zimbabwe.
